CUET Physics Paper Analysis 2024: Difficulty Level

In comparison to prior editions, the Physics paper, which took place during the second part of the day, was relatively challenging. In the May 15th CUET Chemistry paper, students had to respond to 40 out of 50 questions. CUET Biology Paper Analysis 2024: Difficulty Level

For most students, the CUET Biology paper, which was administered between 12:15 and 1:00 PM, was of moderate difficulty. Students found it easy to attempt, with 45 minutes to respond to 40 multiple-choice questions out of 50. A pen-and-paper approach was used for the paper, with NCERT textbooks being the primary source. Students did point out that the questions necessitated a deep conceptual comprehension, though. The CUET Maths paper on 16th May was challenging for students, with questions beyond NCERT textbooks. Questions from vectors, 3D geometry, derivatives, and integration were harder than NCERT or board exam level, leaving many frustrated. Additionally, there was a significant spike in application-based questions, making the paper more challenging than other exams.

CUET 2024: UG Admission and Counselling Process

Each institute will conduct a separate counselling process for aspiring students in the months of July and August. Once the CUET 2024 results are declared, institutes will release their individual merit lists of qualified candidates, cut-off scores, and eligibility criteria.

Students who have achieved good normalised marks in the exam can head over to the official website of the university they seek admission to, determine whether they are eligible for admission, and register for the counselling process. The counselling will be done first online and then offline. After the seat allotment, students must pay admission fees to secure admission.

Spot Counselling

Institutes might conduct spot counselling if vacant seats remain after the regular counselling process. Students who could not secure a seat in the previous counselling sessions can register online at the institution’s official website and then appear for offline document verification at the university.
