Yes, you can! If you have attended the class, you must have received an email post-class with the class recording link. Please check the email ID from which you registered for the Live Class (do check promotions & spam folder). You can also find it under My Profile once you log in.

You can select one chapter from any given subject for solving your doubts in the Live Class session. For different chapters, you will have to book multiple live classes.

If you miss your scheduled Live Class session, you will have to book a new session.

You can view your study plan by logging on to ‘My Profile’ page through Dashboard.

If you are a registered Topper user, you can watch all videos of one chapter. As a paid subscriber, you can watch all video lessons. If you have not yet registered on TopperLearning.com, you can still watch a sample video lesson. All chapters in your textbook are covered in the video lessons.

If a video does not play continuously, it may be due to the speed of your Internet connection. You need a broadband connection with a speed of at least 512+ Kbps, for the best viewing experience. Another possible reason for choppy video playback could be that our servers might be experiencing high traffic at that time. If this is the case, we request you to be patient and give it a little time before it gets normal again!

As a non-registered user, you can take one free sample test. If you are a registered user, you can take Online Tests of one chapter and also get your detailed assessment reports. Paid subscribers get unlimited access to Online Tests. All topics have tests, and the questions are randomly generated from our exhaustive database

Yes, you can save your favourite videos, and view it anytime later according to your convenience. While watching a video, simply click on the ‘Add to Favourites’ option. You can access these videos through your Dashboard page by selecting ‘My Favourites’.

3. Check your firewall setting.

To check firewalls settings go to Control Panel ->System and Security -> Action Center and then allow access to all above three domains.

4. Check if any external plugin is installed in your browser, which can affect the page flow. Disable that plugin and restart your browser.

To disable external plugin follow below steps:

Firefox:

a. Click the menu button and choose Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager tab will open.

b. In the Add-ons Manager tab, select the Extensions or Appearance panel.

c. Select the add-on you wish to disable.

d. Click its Disable button.

e. Click Restart now if it pops up. Your tabs will be saved and restored after the restart.

Chrome:

a. Visit the Plugins page at chrome://plugins

b. Find the plugin you’d like to turn off and click Disable.

Internet Explorer:

a. Tap or click the Tools button Tools button, and then tap or click Manage add-ons.

b. Under Show, tap or click All add-ons, and then select the add-on you want to turn off.

c. Tap or click Disable, and then tap or click Close.

5. Make sure cookie is enabled in your browser.

To enable cookies follow below steps:

Firefox:

a. Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.

b. Select Options.

c. Click Privacy.

d. Set "Firefox will:" to Use custom settings for history.

e. Check the box next to "Accept cookies from sites" to enable cookies.

f. Click OK.

Chrome:

a. Select the Chrome menu icon Chrome menu.

b. Select Settings.

c. Near the bottom of the page, select Show advanced settings.

d. In the "Privacy" section, select Content settings.

e. Select Allow local data to be set (recommended).

f. Select Done.

Internet Explorer:

a. Click the Tools button Tools button, and then click Internet options.

b. Click the Privacy tab, and then move the slider to a position between the top and bottom so you're not blocking or allowing all cookies.

c. Click Sites.

d. In the Address of website box, type a website address, and then click Block or Allow. As you type, a list of WebPages that you've already visited will be displayed. You can click an item in the list and it will be displayed in the Address of website box.

6. Install latest Version of Adobe Flash Player by visiting www.adobe.com .
