The Scale of Desire, a Chinese drama series with the theme of criminal cases in the economic field, is ready to be aired starting Tuesday, May 3, 2022. This CDrama which presents various cases of financial crimes can be watched online through the live streaming video platforms iQiyi, Mango TV, Tencent Videos, Youku.
The drama, which is known in Chinese as ‘Leverage’ in Chinese, is directed by Liu Guang, who was also involved in scriptwriting with Guo Zi Jing and Guan Yan Jie. In The Scale of Desire, the director tries to portray the real conditions of a difficult and challenging economic investigation in order to uncover the truth.

The Scale of Desire (Leverage) Storyline
Xiao Jian (Yu Yi), the leader of the economic investigation team, is conducting an investigation involving financial tycoon Xu Feng (Guo Jing Fei), who is suspected of being the mastermind. Various obstacles, lack of witnesses, public pressure, and other problems that come and go finally lead Xiao Jian and the team to a major financial case that occurred some twenty years ago.
The investigative team also found out more about the multinational money laundering group. While conducting an in-depth investigation, Xiao Jian accidentally finds Xu Feng’s diary, which reveals another identity he is trying to hide.
Despite facing a very powerful enemy and being pressured by his superiors, Xiao Jian is determined to destroy this criminal organization to its roots.
